Made of heavy-duty 2" x 2" 12-gauge steel, this power tower is sturdy and durable. It features a pull-up/chin-up bar, dip bars, vertical knee raise station, and push-up grips, providing a space-saving solution for various exercises. Strengthen your core with the vertical knee raise and dip station, or work on your upper body with the multi-grip pull-up bars and push-up handles. For added stability, the tower can be bolted to the ground and has a maximum weight load of 200 lbs unbolted or 300 lbs when bolted.
