1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of EcoSweetHome.com and purchases from Eco Sweet Home ("we," "us" or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies identified below. Eco Sweet Home is the seller of the products you order from this website. We source products through US warehouse distributors, which may fulfill orders on our behalf. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and is not the seller of our products.

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of the terms of purchase. Our Privacy Policy describes personal-information practices and controls if these terms conflict with it on that subject. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

2. US orders and eligibility

We accept orders for eligible delivery addresses in the United States only. You must be of legal age to enter a binding purchase contract, or use the website with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who is responsible for the purchase. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep account credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized account use.

3. Products and information

Review the selected size, model, quantity, materials, compatibility, included components and installation requirements before ordering. Images can vary with display settings; lifestyle images do not describe package contents. We seek to keep product information accurate, but errors or availability changes can occur. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you to correct it with your agreement or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Brand names identify the products offered. Any product warranty, safety rating or environmental certification is specific to the item and supporting documentation. Sourcing or shipping from a US warehouse does not by itself describe a product's country of manufacture.

4. Prices, payment and order acceptance

Prices are shown in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any additional fees are disclosed before you submit the order. Prices and offers may change for future purchases; changes do not retroactively increase the price of an accepted order. Discounts apply only under the terms stated with the offer.

An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your request. We may need to verify payment, availability or delivery eligibility before accepting and fulfilling it. We may decline or cancel an order for a material listing error, inability to fulfill, legal restriction or suspected fraud, and will notify you and promptly refund any payment for the canceled merchandise. We do not retain payment for products we cannot supply.

5. US warehouse fulfillment and delivery

Orders may ship from one or more US distribution locations and arrive in separate packages. Shipping eligibility, charges, methods and any promised shipment timeframe are provided before purchase. Freight delivery, installation and assembly are included only when specified for your order.

We will ship within the promised timeframe, or within 30 days after receiving a properly completed order if no timeframe was stated. If we cannot meet that timeframe, we will provide the required delay notice, revised shipment date, opportunity to consent or cancel, and prompt refund as required by law. See our Shipping Policy for details. Our responsibility for loss or damage in transit continues until delivery to you or a person you designate, subject to applicable law.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or correction. Processing or shipment can limit our ability to stop an order. Most items have a 30-day return-request window after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Obtain return instructions before shipping an item back. Product-specific voluntary-return exclusions or charges must be disclosed before purchase and permitted by law. Your remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are not removed by a voluntary-return restriction.

7. Product use and restrictions

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow labels, safety warnings and manufacturer instructions. Check local installation rules and obtain qualified professional assistance where required. Plants, seeds, chemicals, pesticides, batteries, fuels and powered equipment may have destination, handling or use restrictions. We may cancel and refund an item that cannot lawfully be delivered to your address. Buying guides are general comparison information and do not replace product instructions or professional installation advice.

8. Warranties and consumer rights

Any manufacturer warranty is governed by the written terms supplied or identified for the specific product. Contact us before purchase for available warranty information. These terms do not reduce our obligations as the seller or any warranty or consumer remedy required by law. No statement on this website excludes liability, a statutory warranty or a right that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Website use and intellectual property

You may use this website to browse, compare and purchase products for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse another person's information or infringe intellectual property rights. Website content, designs and marks are owned by their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to commercially reproduce protected content.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review or other content, it should reflect your own experience and be accurate, lawful and free of confidential information belonging to others. You retain ownership of your submission and grant us permission to display, reproduce and format it in connection with the store and the reviewed product. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, irrelevant or fraudulent submissions, and will not suppress a review merely because it is negative.

11. Other websites and services

We may link to manufacturer instructions, public safety information or other useful resources. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Such links do not change Eco Sweet Home's responsibilities for purchases made from our store. 12. Availability and liability

We work to keep the website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to access the website. This limitation does not exclude our obligations to deliver or refund your order, remedies for defective goods, liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Some states do not permit certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply to you.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable US federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your state of residence. If a concern arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive a right to bring a claim where applicable law allows it.

14. Changes and severability

We may update these terms for future use and orders by publishing a revised version and date. The terms in effect when you placed an order govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
