• The Pump Gearbox is designed to accommodate 540 RPM and is meticulously engineered to transmit the essential 3,600 RPM to the pump. It operates with SAE 90 Gear Oil. Important Note: The gearbox is shipped without any oil included. Requires approximately 0.79 to 1.06 quarts of SAE 90 gear oil (estimated capacity). Fill oil to the designated oil level line; do not overfill or underfill.
• High Flow Rate: PTO water pumps are known for their ability to deliver a high flow rate, ensuring efficient and rapid water transfer for irrigation, dewatering, or other applications. Our pump boasts a flow rate of 200 cubic meters per hour or 880 gallons per minute (GPM).
• Easy Compatibility: PTO pumps are designed to be compatible with a wide range of tractors and power take-off systems, making them versatile and easy to integrate into existing equipment. The required tractor horsepower for our pump falls within a broad range of 25HP to 125HP.
• Our PTO shaft is equipped with a 6-spline tractor end and a rounded implement end, adhering to the standard size of 1-3/8 inches. Its standard length extends to 23 inches, but if you find yourself in an exceptional situation where a longer shaft is needed, please feel free to reach out to us by leaving a message.
• Note: We work with logistics companies that use Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight shipping for our agricultural equipment deliveries. Typically, a 53' truck is used, but for locations with limited access, please contact us before buying.
• Please note: This is a clear water pump, and not a high-pressure pump.
• Our PTO water pump typically delivers an outlet pressure of around 30 PSI and is designed primarily to draw clear river water into canals. It is not suitable for high-pressure irrigation systems. The lift range is approximately 16 to 20 feet (maximum).
• Before operating, fill the pump with water and add oil to the gearbox. For detailed instructions, please refer to the user manual
• This pump requires clockwise PTO shaft rotation when viewed from the rear of the tractor.
